摘要 针对现在医学教学的重要性,为了让医学生在课堂学习中增加学习的积极性,而开展新型的医学教学模式。具体方法就是随机挑选一个班级为实验班,在临床教学中建立了网络的通信手段——微信群和QQ群,让实验班的学生利用这样的网络工具和任课老师有了更密切的互动,相互之间增加了探讨,这样增加了主观能动性,对学习的知识能更活学活用,掌握知识更加便捷和主动,也有益于老师在授课过程中对自己知识的更新。结果发现实验班学生的成绩与用传统教学模式的对照组相比,实验班的平均成绩有明显提高,两组之间有明显的差异。这些说明以QQ群和微信群为基础的网络平台,可以提高学生的学习积极性,加深师生间的交流,更好的履行了PBL教学法。 Because of the importance of medical teaching,a new model is carried out.WeChat group and QQ group is established in clinical teaching in order to encourage medical students to learn in class.Above all choosing a class at random as an experimental class,we let the students have close interaction with teachers,use knowledge more active and grasp the knowledge more convenient.Besides,it increases the subjective initiative themselves.The students and the teachers discuss with each others.It is also beneficial to update teachers’knowledge.The results showed that the experiments'students improved significantly compared with those in the control group in terms of academic score.There is a significant difference between two teams.It shows that QQ group and WeChat group can improve the learning enthusiasm of students and the communication between teachers and students.All performs PBL teaching well.
