医学影像技术本科专业读片课教学中的问题及对策分析

Analysis of Problems and Solutions in Teaching of"Film-Reading"in Medical Imaging Technology

随着祖国医药卫生事业快速发展,各级医院大型影像设备不断更新,医学影像技术专业人才需求量急剧增加,人才培养模式逐步由高职教育转变为本科教育,对影像技术人才培养标准也不断提高,为了适应当下医疗环境的需求,除了大型设备操作能力外,影像技术人员还需要具备一定的影像读片能力。《影像读片基础与实践》作为培养读片能力的实践课程,总结并分析课程教学中的问题,通过正确课程价值认识,不断改善教学体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学硬件及师资队伍建设等途径,进一步提高影像技术专业本科生的读片能力,培养新型医学影像技术人才。

With the rapid development of medical and health services in China,Large-scale imaging equipment at all levels of hospitals is constantly updated,the demand for medical imaging technology professionals has increased rapidly;the talent training model has gradually changed from higher vocational education to undergraduate education,therefore,the constantly improving training standard requires the imaging technical personnel not only have the equipment operation ability but also the film reading capability,to meet the needs of medical environment."The Basics and Practice of Film-Reading",as a practical course to cultivate reading ability,summarizes and analyzes the problems in the curriculum teaching.The course further enhances the film reading capability of undergraduates and cultivates new talents on medical imaging technology bybuilding undergraduates a correct understanding of it, inaddition by means of continuously improving the teachingsystem, teaching content, teaching methods, hardware andthe construction of teachers, etc.
