临床教学在临床工作中起着重要作用,在内分泌科带教中,见习、实习、住培为临床医学必须经历的几个阶段,内分泌系统疾病从临床诊断到诊治各个阶段需掌握的内容深度广度有所不同,在临床带教中需分阶段进行讲解,学生在学习过程中,对部分内分泌代谢性疾病理解困难,特别是临床不常见的病种,不易将理论知识与实践相结合,临床思维较局限,学习主观能动性欠佳,为进一步提高教学质量,激发学生学习主观能动性,往往是临床教学中的重点及难点,创新多元化教学模式越来越被重视,临床中运用思维导图法进行教学,使内分泌系统知识点更直观的展现,提高学生积极性及学习效率。文章通过思维导图法在内分泌临床教学各个阶段的运用总结,阐述了思维导图法在临床运用中的体会及优点。

Clinical teaching plays an important role in clinical work.In the teaching of endocrinology,probation,internship and residential training are several stages that clinical medicine must go through.The depth and breadth of endocrine system diseases from clinical diagnosis to diagnosis and treatment are different.In clinical teaching,students need to explain in stages.In the process of learning,students can understand part of endocrine metabolism.It is difficult to understand the disease,especially for the uncommon clinical diseases. It is not easy to combine thetheoretical knowledge with practice. The clinical thinking islimited and the learning subjective initiative is not good. Inorder to further improve the teaching quality and stimulatethe students' learning initiative, it is often the focus anddifficulty in clinical teaching.More and more attention hasbeen paid to the innovation and diversification of teachingmode, Clinical application of mind map teaching, endocrinesystem knowledge points more intuitive display, improvestudents' enthusiasm and learning efficiency. This papersummarizes the application of mind mapping method inendocrine clinical teaching at various stages, and expoundsthe experience and advantages of mind mapping method inclinical application.
