康复期抑郁症患者就业价值观的相关因素研究

Study on the Related Factors of Employment Valueof Depression During Convalescence

目的探讨康复期抑郁症患者就业价值观的相关因素。方法选取本院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的86例康复期抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用相关量表进行调查。观察康复期抑郁患者的就业价值观得分情况,对可能影响康复期抑郁患者就业价值观的因素进行多因素Logestic分析。结果康复期抑郁症患者就业价值观预测模型有统计学意义(F=16.896,P<0.01)。康复期抑郁症患者就业价值观总分为(2.75±0.89)分;生存质量(5.69±1.58)分、就业期望(6.12±2.12)分、保护者期待(2.63±0.96)分、自我尊重感(2.35±1.12)分、专家支持(2.46±1.15)分、朋友支持(2.25±0.98)分、一般能力(2.85±1.03)分和病耻感得分为(2.52±0.95)分。病程、文化程度、疾病等级、就业经验、就业期望、保护者期待、朋友支持、一般能力和病耻感是康复期抑郁症患者就业价值观的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论康复期抑郁症患者的整体就业价值观水平有限,可从患者的就业经验、就业期望、保护者期待、朋友支持、一般能力和病耻感等方面采取措施提高患者就业价值观。

Objective To explore the related factors of depression in patients with depression during convalescence.Methods 86 patients with convalescent depression who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as subjects.The relevant scales were used for investigation.Observing the employment value scores of patients with depression during convalescence,and conducting multi-factor Logistic analysis on the factors that may affect the employment values of patients with depression during convalescence.Results The predictive model of employment value of patients with depression during convalescence was statistically significant(F=16.896,P<0.01).The total employment value of depression patients during convalescence was(2.75±0.89)points;the quality of life(5.69±1.58)points,employment expectation(6.12±2.12)points,protector expectation(2.63±0.96)points,self-respect(2.35±1.12)points,expert support(2.46±1.15)points,friend support(2.25±0.98)points,general ability(2.85±1.03)points,and stigma scores(2.52±0.95)points.The course of disease,education level,disease level,employment experience,employment expectation,protector expectation,friend support,general ability and stigma were the influencing factors of employment value of patients with depression during convalescence(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall value of employment in patients with depression is limited,and measures can be taken to improve the patient's employment values from the aspects of patient's employment experience,employment expectation,protector expectation,friend support,general ability and sense of disgrace.
