一体化系统管理在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用

The Application of Integrated System Management in Pregnancy Hypertension

目的分析对妊娠期高血压疾病患者实施一体化系统管理的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月来本院产科门诊就诊及分娩的180例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(90例,接受一体化系统管理方式)和对照组(90例,接受常规健康指导)。结果对比两组患者生产情况、相关并发症发生几率,与对照组相对比,观察组生产情况更好,相关并发症发生几率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对HDP患者实施一体化系统管理,能帮助患者有效控制血压,避免因血压过高而影响胎儿的生长发育,使患者妊娠期的血压值处于较稳定状态,帮助患者延长孕周,减少相关并发症的发生几率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated system management in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,180 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who came to our obstetric clinic for treatment and delivery were selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group(90 cases,receiving integrated system management mode,and control group(90 cases,receiving routine health guidance).Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had better production and lower incidence of related complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated system management of HDP patients can help the patients to effectively control blood pressure,avoid the influence of high blood pressure on the growth and development of fetus,keep the blood pressure in a stable state during pregnancy,help the patients to prolong the gestational period,and reduce the incidence of related complications.
