硅胶乳房假体隆乳术(以下简称为假体隆乳术)是目前临床上较为成熟和安全的隆乳手术方式,也是目前最主要和最普遍的隆乳手术方式。假体隆乳术的目标是使隆乳患者获得更美观、持久、安全的手术效果及良好的远期生活质量,同时尽可能减少手术的并发症和再次手术率。近年来,随着技术的不断进步,国际上对于硅胶乳房假体及手术相关问题有了更进一步的认识,该指南是在2013版基础上,参考国内外最新文献资料,结合国内假体隆乳技术的实际情况完成的,旨在为整形外科医生提供最新的知识更新和技术进展,进一步促进我国隆乳技术的发展和整体水平的提高。
