摘要
铝合金中的富铁相有α-Fe相和β-Fe相,后者对铝合金的性能有危害。一般认为,减少针状β-Fe相,或使β-Fe相转变为汉字状或颗粒状的β-Fe相,可改善铝合金的力学性能。铝合金中含铁相的结构有四方晶系、六方晶系、单斜晶系、正交结构和体心立方结构等。采用重力沉降法、电磁分离法和过滤法等降低铝熔体中Fe元素的含量,可以消除含Fe相对合金性能的危害。然而,铁元素也能改善铝合金的性能,部分高Fe铝合金具有较好的力学性能。
lron-rich phases in aluminum alloy include α-Fe phase andβ-Fe phase,the latter will do harm to the properties of aluminum alloy.It is generally considered that mechanical properties of aluminum alloy may be improved by decrease in acicular β-Fe phase or by transformation of β-Fe phase into Chinese character or granular a-Fe phase.The iron-having phases in aluminum alloy possess such structures as tetragonal system,hexagonal system,monoclimic system,orthogonal structure,and body centred cubic structure.The decrease in iron content in melted aluminum by gravitational settling,electromagnetic separation,or filtration process is able to eliminate the disadvantageous influence of the iron-containing phase on properties of the alloy.Iron element can also improve properties of aluminum alloy,however,some of the high-iron aluminum alloys have better mechanical properties.
