摘要
数控加工是当前金属加工的主要手段,而数控铣削加工又是数控加工中的主要工艺技术。在数控铣削加工中,零件结构往往比较复杂,产品技术要求高,因而加工过程中经常会遇到一些质量问题,造成不能满足零件表面的技术要求。本文针对数控铣削加工,分析造成零件铣削过程表面质量不合格的原因,提出相应的解决方案,并加以总结推广,以期避免在日后的加工生产中出现类似问题,影响零件质量和交货周期,从而增强企业竞争力。
Numerical control machining is a major means of metal processing,CNC milling being its mainly technology.In the process of CNC milling,due to the complicated structure of the work-piece and it's high demand of technology,quality problems always arise,resulting in failures of meeting the technical requirements of work-piece surface.This paper analyzes factors affecting the surface quality of CNC milling,and proposes relevant solutions to avoid similar surface quality problems,which would affect work-piece quality and in-time delivery,thus enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
