In the era of mobile Internet,non-universal language specialty needs to adapt to the requirements of the times to achieve sustainable development.The development of non-universal language specialty is faced with the problem of how to adapt to the concept and model of mobile education to better meet the national and local demand for talents of non-universal language specialty under the Belt and Road Initiative.This article proceeds with the development opportunities of non-universal language specialty,and analyzes their development concepts,curriculum,teaching and faculty construction.Focus is placed on the development path of non-universal language specialty in colleges and universities in the era of mobile Internet.
