摘要 作为飞机重要的机载电子设备,自动驾驶仪用于辅助飞行员操纵飞机按照预定程序执行飞行动作。为满足X型飞机自动驾驶仪装备维修保障过程中的系统性能检查需求,针对该型飞机自动驾驶仪的测试需求,分析研究其测试原理,基于自动测试理论与虚拟仪器技术,给出测试设备的测试架构,完成测试系统软硬件设计与开发,并对其性能进行测试,测试结果表明其有效性。所提出的测试方法对于其他飞机重要机载电子测试设备的设计具有参考与借鉴意义。 As an important airborne electronic equipment,autopilot is used to assist pilots to control the aircraft to perform flight actions according to the predetermined procedures.In order to meet the system performance inspection requirements in the process of equipment maintenance and support of X-type aircraft autopilot,the test principle for the test requirements of this type of aircraft autopilot is analyzed and studied.Based on the automatic test theory and virtual instrument technology,the test framework of the test equipment is given,and the software and hardware design and development of the test system are completed,and its performance is tested and the test results are given,which shows its effectiveness.The proposed test method has reference significance for the design of other important airborne electronic test equipment.
