振兴乡村文化必须重视和加强社科类社会组织建设

The Construction of Social Organizations of Social Science must be Emphasized in Revitalizing Rural Culture

社科类社会组织是乡村文化振兴的直接参与者、实施者、推动者,可以立足自身优势,为乡村文化振兴提供科学的实施路径,推动乡村文化繁荣发展,丰富农村公共文化产品及服务供给,推动乡村文化振兴可持续发展。但是,在助力乡村文化振兴过程中,社科类社会组织面临主体地位和参与意识不明确、参与形式及内容单一、参与覆盖范围及持续性不强等困境。为此,应积极推动政府从直接参与向提供保障转变,提升社科类社会组织能力,加强农村自治组织协调配合。

Social organizations of social science are the direct participants,implementers and promoters of rural culture revitalization.They can provide scientific implementation path for rural culture revitalization based on their own advantages,promote the prosperity and development of rural culture,enrich the supply of rural public culture products and services,and promote the sustainable development of rural culture.However,in the process of promoting rural culture,social organizations of social science are faced with the dilemma of unclear subject status and participation consciousness,single participation form and content,insufficient participation coverage and sustainability.Therefore,the government should actively promote the transformation from direct participation to providing security,enhance the capacity of social organizations of social science,and strengthen the coordination and cooperation of rural autonomous organizations.
