3,3’-二乙基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷的合成研究

摘要 3,3’-二乙基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷是合成树脂固化剂类物质的关键中间体,其合成文献报道较少。本文以邻乙基苯胺和甲醛为起始原料,考察不同种类的酸催化剂、溶剂、物料配比对反应的影响,以得出合成3,3’-二乙基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷的优化工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下,目标产物的纯度达到93%以上,产品收率大于91%。该工艺不论是成本还是产品质量,都得到了显著改善,最佳工艺条件可直接应用于工业化生产。 3,3’-Diethyl-4,4’-diamino-diphenyl methane is a key intermediate in the synthesis of resin curing agents.In this paper,using 2-ethylaniline and formaldehyde as starting materials,the effects of different acid catalysts,solvents and ratios of materials on the reaction were investigated to obtain the optimal process conditions for the synthesis of 3,3’-diethyl-4,4’-diamino-diphenyl methane.Under the optimal process conditions,the purity of the target product reached more than 93%,and the yield of the product was greater than 91%.Both the cost and product quality of the process have been significantly improved,and the optimum process conditions can be directly applied to industrial production.
