摘要
以高内相乳液聚合技术固定微生物于玻碳电极上,制备基于大肠杆菌的微生物传感器,用于检测油墨用酚类及替代生物酚——腰果酚的生物毒性。所得酚类物质对大肠杆菌的半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))的生物毒性为:对辛基酚>苯酚>腰果酚>壬基酚,且腰果酚在低浓度时能促进大肠杆菌的呼吸作用,显示出增强的还原峰电流。
A microbial sensor based on E.coli is prepared by immobilizing microorganisms on a glass carbon electrode with high internal phase emulsion polymerization to detect the biotoxicity of phenols and the alternative biophenol——cashew phenol used in printing oil.The biotoxicity of the obtained phenols to the50%inhibitory concentration(IC50)of E.coli is:p-octyl phenol>phenol>cashew phenol>nonylphenol.The cashew phenol can promote the respiration of E.coli at low concentrations,showing enhanced reduction peak current.
