摘要
盐胁迫是限制草莓生产和产量的重要非生物胁迫之一。该研究全面综述了盐胁迫对草莓形态、生理生化的影响以及草莓耐盐机制;概述了近期关于草莓应答盐胁迫相关基因(如FaHKT1和FaAKT1、FaCBF1、FaGT2转录因子家族等)的研究进展。此外,该研究总结了各种外源添加物(Ca^2+、K^+、NO/H2O2、丛枝菌根真菌、多硝唑、水杨酸、ALA、Se-NP)减轻草莓盐胁迫伤害的生理性机制。为今后培育抗、耐盐草莓品种提供参考依据。
Salt stress is one of the major abiotic limiting factors for the production and yield in strawberry.This study summarized the effects of salt stress on the morphological,physiological aspects and salt tolerance mechanism in the strawberry plants.Besides,the salt tolerance genes in strawberry such as FaHKT1,FaAKT1,FaCBF1,FaGT2 were surveyed.Additionally,in strawberry cultivation,exogenous applications of calcium,potassium,arbuscular mycorrhizae,NO/H2O2,paclobutrazol,salicylic acid,5-aminolevulinic acid,Selenium-Nanoparticle)could enhance salted tolerance in strawberry through various mechanisms.It provided a theoretical guide for breeding salt-stress-resistant or tolerant strawberry.
