Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic tumors in the female reproductive system.The incidence of cervical cancer has been increasing in recent years,which seriously threatens the health of women.Persistent high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection is closely related to the occurrence of cervical cancer.However,the course of disease from HPV infection to cervical cancer often lasts for many years.Therefore,the preventive vaccination of HPV vaccine is particularly important.HPV vaccine is a virus-like particle synthesized by gene recombination technology.At present,three kinds of preventive HPV vaccines have been approved and widely used in the world,and the vaccines cover a wide range of ages and have good safety.HPV vaccine plays an important role in preventing cervical cancer and improving women′s quality of life.With the popularization and application of HPV vaccine,more women will be far away from cervical cancer.
