结直肠癌(CRC)作为一种常见的消化道肿瘤,治疗措施主要包括手术治疗、化疗、放疗、免疫治疗和靶向治疗等。化疗作为一种常用的治疗手段,主要包括手术后的预防性化疗以及晚期CRC的姑息性化疗。接受化疗CRC患者经常出现的各种消化道并发症(恶心呕吐、便秘以及腹泻等)均严重影响患者的整体疗效和生活质量。化疗相关性恶心呕吐(CINV)是CRC患者化疗后的常见并发症之一,关于CINV治疗的研究也不断进展,目前的中药以及中医外治法等多种治疗手段的综合治疗已逐渐成为CINV临床治疗的主要方式。

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common gastrointestinal tumor.The treatment methods mainly include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,immunotherapy,targeted therapy and so on.Chemotherapy,as a commonly used treatment,mainly includes postoperative preventive chemotherapy and palliative chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.However,for patients with CRC undergoing chemotherapy,various gastrointestinal complications such as nausea,vomiting,constipation,and diarrhea can seriously affect the overall treatment effect and the quality of life.Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)is one of the common complications after chemotherapy in patients with CRC,and research on its treatment has continued to progress.The main treatment methods of CINV developed from traditional antiemetic drugs to a comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,which has gradually become the main program in clinical practice.
