分子影像技术在系统性血管炎中的应用进展

摘要 系统性血管炎是累及多器官、多系统的风湿性疾病。早诊断、早治疗以及有效的病情评估可以改善或延缓血管炎的功能损害。目前临床常用的影像学诊断方法主要包括超声、CT和磁共振成像等,但这些手段仅能观察到机体形态学的改变,对于疾病的早期发现、病情评估具有一定的局限性。随着分子影像学及多模态成像技术的发展,核医学分子影像技术、超声分子影像技术、光声影像技术可以从细胞和分子水平观察血管炎的病理学改变,发挥早期诊疗作用。 Systemic vasculitis is a rheumatic disease involving multiple organs and systems.Early diagnosis,treatment,and effective disease assessment can alleviate or delay the functional impairment of vasculitis.At present,the commonly used imaging methods in clinic include ultrasound,CT,and MRI.However,these methods can only observe the morphological changes of the body,which have certain limitations for the early detection and evaluation of the disease.With the development of molecular imaging and multimodal imaging technology,nuclear medicine molecular imaging technology,ultrasound molecular imaging technology,and photoacoustic imaging technology can realization the observation of the pathological changes of vasculitis from the cellular and molecular levels,and play roles in the early diagnosis and treatment.
