四川省地质灾害防治形势及对策研究 被引量:10

A Study of the Situation and Countermeasures of Geohazard Control in Sichuan Province

摘要 四川省是全国地质灾害最为发育的省份之一,2008年“5•12”汶川地震以来,年均发生地质灾害2600余处,全省地质灾害具有分布广、种类多、规模齐、危害大等特点。通过地质灾害综合防治体系建设工作的深入推进,2014-2018年年均因灾死亡失踪人数同比下降近80%,但是四川省地质灾害高发、频发、群发的态势将在较长时间内存在,地质灾害防治工作形势严峻。通过分析目前面临的严峻形势和关键环节,结合经济社会发展以及地质灾害防治工作的实际,开展以地质灾害调查与风险评价、监测预警体系建设、地质灾害综合治理、地质灾害防治技术装备现代化为主的地质灾害防治工作,可以全面提升地质灾害综合防治能力和水平,减轻地质灾害风险。 Sichuan Province is one of the provinces with the most developed geohazards in China.More than 2,600 geohazards have occurred each year in Sichuan Province since the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12,2008.Geohazards in Sichuan Province are characterized by wide distribution,many kinds,large on a scale and great harm.The annual average number of deaths and disappearances due to disasters dropped by nearly 80 per cent year on year thanks to the deepening of the construction of the comprehensive prevention and control system of geohazards.Whereas,the situation of geohazard control of Sichuan Province is grim due to geohazards occur frequently and in groups for a longer period of time.On the basis of the analysis of the current grim situation and key links combined with economic and social development and geohazard control work of the actual we will carry out work to control geohazards which is dominated by geological hazard investigation and risk assessment,construction of monitoring and early warning system,comprehensive control of geohazards and modernization of technology and equipment for geological disaster prevention and control.Thus,we can comprehensively enhance the comprehensive prevention and control ability and level of geohazards,and reduce the risk of geohazards.
