摘要
Thallium-activated cesium iodide crystal(CsI:Tl)coupled to silicon photomultiplier(SiPM)and PIN photodiode(PD)can be used as the space radiation detectors(SRDs).But the temperature dependence of these instruments extremely constrains its application.The temperature dependence of amplitude and energy resolution of CsI:Tl,which was produced by Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,coupled to different readout devices were studied with the temperature ranged from40℃ to 45℃ and a feasible way of amplitude correction to the temperature effect is proposed.
