摘要
EBIS ultra-low energy heavy ion Lab(EBIS,for short)is a newly built research facility.It was put into pilot run in 2016 and began its officially running from June 2017.Since 2017,EBIS has run about 6500 h machine hours,including 300 h for machine preparation,700 h for the machine study and beam changing 600 h for the machine commissioning 1200 h for the debugging of experiment devices and instruments,2200 h for experiments and 1500 h for the experiment preparation.
