河南省体育教育专业人才选拔机制的改革研究

采用文献资料、调查统计分析等研究方法,对河南省体育专业人才选拔机制——专业统一考试内容与测试办法、招生录取方式与办法进行调查与分析,得出结论:1)体育专业统考是选拔有从事体育教育、体育科研潜质的青年志士进入高校学习和接受专业培养的环节,需要有浓厚的体育情怀、高度的职业认同、坚实的文化素养、良好的身体素质和行为习惯.2)河南省现行体育专业统考的身体素质测试存在诸如专业统考中考查内容不全面、招考机制太僵化陈旧、专业录取中的选拔标准不统一、招录办法不科学等亟待改进和解决的问题.并提出了改进策略:1)专业统考的测试项目与评分标准应以五年左右为周期进行动态化调整;考试项目设置为必考项目和选考项目;淡化或者取消专项运动技术的考试设置.2)在全省统一的提档分数计算办法基础上,由各高校择优录取,提档分数计算办法应该充分考虑专业统考成绩和文化考试成绩的权重比例.

Based on the research methods of literature and statistical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the personnel selection mechanism of P.E.professionals in henan province—unified examination contents and test methods,enrolling system and makes an improved strategic research.Findings:1)The professional examination of P.E.major is to select young people who have the potential to engage in physical education and scientific research to study and receive professional training in universities,which requires passion for sports,high professional identity,cultural literacy,good physical quality and habits.2)There are some problems that need to be improved in the physical quality test of the current professional examination of P.E.in henan province,such as the incomplete content of the examination,rigid examination mechanism,inconsistent selection standard and the unscientific enrolling process.Betterment Strategies:1)The test items and grading standards of the professional examination should be dynamically adjusted with a five-year cycle;the examination items should be set as the compulsory tests and the optional tests;and the examination setting of special sports techniques should be desalted or canceled.2)On the basis of the unified method of calculating the score of the whole province,all colleges and universities have a free hand on enrolling.The method should fully consider the proportion of examination sores in professional and academic subjects(If a student passes the grade boundary of the province,his final score will be the professional exam score×1.5+academic subjects exam score).
