IGCC机组燃机在合成气工况汽轮机启动的可行性分析

摘要 以华能(天津)煤气化发电有限公司265MW IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle,整体煤气化联合循环)示范电站为例,分析燃汽轮机在合成气工况下,适当提高汽轮机冲转参数,进行汽轮机冲转操作的可行性。根据合成气工况低负荷运行的参数分析、汽轮机冷态启动时对热应力损伤的分析以及在机组启动过程中试验性操作,初步断定IGCC机组燃机轮机合成气工况下,汽轮机冲转是可行的,汽轮机的热应力损伤在安全范围内。改进后的启动模式将燃油工况运行时间缩短,尽早切换到了合成气工况模式运行,减少了燃油的消耗,避免了启动初期气化炉产出合成气放散至火炬燃烧的浪费,同时缩短了NOX超标排放的时间,节约了启动成本,提高了启动效率。
