摘要
行星齿轮支架零件是车辆的核心零件之一。为了高效率、低成本、高质量实现行星齿轮支架零件的自动机械加工目标,设计了核心零件智能生产线。对生产线的生产布局、上下料方式、产品质量监控进行了总体规划,制定了生产准备、上料、加工、下料等工艺流程;对生产线控制系统进行了详细设计,形成了集机床系统、机器人系统、人工检测系统、激光打标系统、PLC控制系统、SCADA系统于一体的自动化控制体系,尤其是在SCADA系统中实现了对系统权限、生产任务、过程监控、质量数据、报表统计等方面的管理。通过对生产线的技术改造,提升了车间生产计划管理、质量管理的信息化水平,达到了预期目标。
Planetary gear bracket is one of the core parts of vehicles.In order to realize the automatic machining target of planetary gear bracket parts with high efficiency,low cost and high quality,an intelligent production line for core parts is designed.The production layout,feeding/unfeeding mode and product quality control of the production line are overall planned,and the technological processes including production preparation,feeding,processing and unfeeding are formulated.The control system of the production line is designed in detail,and an automatic control system integrating machining tool system,robot system,manual detection system,laser marking system,PLC system and SCADA system is formed.Especially,in the SCADA system,the managements of system authority,production task,process monitoring,quality data and report statistics are realized.Through a technological transformation on the production line,the informatization level of the workshop production planning management and quality management has been improved,reaching the expected goal.
