Development and Application of CPC1600 Valve-Controlled Liquid-Filled Hydraulic Coupling

摘要 阀控充液型液力偶合器是刮板输送机的软起动装置,能够有效防止刮板输送机运行时产生的冲击、刮卡等事件发生。研究并开发了CPC1600阀控充液型液力偶合器,对其主机、关键元部件、液压供水控制系统进行了设计。在主机设计中,兼顾结构与选材,与刮板输送机联结尺寸相配套,并保证强度与耐蚀性能;在元部件设计中,开展叶轮腔型逆向反求、材料选择、外特性仿真等工作,保证泵轮、涡轮具有足够的安全裕量,并对离心阀转速进行设计;在液压供水控制系统中,开发偶合器自动液位保持开式系统(ALM),减少电磁阀的动作次数。试验室试验和现场工业性试验表明,CPC1600阀控充液型液力偶合器运行可靠,额定功率可达到1600 kW,额定滑差(速比)为95.39%,外特性满足标准要求,电磁阀使用寿命得以延长,可以在煤矿井下的刮板输送机上推广应用。 Valve-controlled liquid-filled hydraulic coupling is a soft starting device of the scraper conveyor,which can effectively prevent the impact and scraping events of the scraper conveyor.The CPC1600 valve-controlled liquid-filled hydraulic coupling is researched and developed.The main engine,key components and hydraulic water supply control system are designed.In the design of the main engine,the structure and material selection are both considered,the connection size of the scraper conveyor is matched,and the strength and corrosion resistance are ensured.In the component design,the reverse deduction of cavity,material selection and external characteristics simulation of the impeller are carried out to ensure that the pump wheel and turbine have sufficient safety margin,and the speed of centrifugal valve is designed.In the hydraulic water supply control system,the automatic liquid level maintaining open system(ALM)is developed for the coupling,which can reduce the action times of the solenoid valve.The results of laboratory test and field industrial test show that the operation of CPC1600 valve-controlled liquid-filled hydraulic coupling is reliable,its rated power can reach 1600 kW,its rated slip(speed ratio)is 95.39%,its external characteristics meet the standard requirements,and the service life of its solenoid valve can be extended,showing that it can be widely applied into the scraper conveyor in the coal mine.
