Optimization Design on Drying and Burning System for Municipal Sludge

摘要 干化焚烧是当前市政污泥处置的重要方式,可实现污泥减量化、无害化和环境保护。介绍了污泥干化焚烧系统的工艺流程和组成,结合项目实际研究了污泥储运、干化、焚烧系统的设计要点,并进行了优化设计:在污泥储运系统,通过管道输送方式,减少了转运环节,实现了湿污泥、半干污泥的各自输送;在干化系统中,通过应用优选了适应污泥特性的、满足入炉含固率要求的卧式薄层干化机,达到了废蒸汽处理系统的低能耗要求;在焚烧系统中,选用鼓泡流化床焚烧炉,确定了燃烧边界范围,计算得到了最佳入炉污泥含固率为33.2%,实现了污泥完全燃烧。为实现污染物、臭气排放数据满足相关排放标准,配置了烟气和臭气处理系统。经评估,污泥干化焚烧系统运行效果良好,实现了污泥协同处理、能源统筹利用,处理能力达到200 t/d,社会效益、经济效益显著。 Drying and burning are important ways of municipal sludge disposal,which can realize sludge reduction,harmlessness and environment protection.The process flow and composition of sludge drying and burning system are introduced.Combined with the actual project,the design points of sludge storage and transportation,drying and burning system are studied and design optimization is carried out.In the sludge storage and transportation system,pipeline transportation mode is adopted to reduce the transfer link and realize the respective transportation of wet sludge and semi-dry sludge;in the drying system,by applying the horizontal thin-layer dryer which is suitable for sludge characteristics and can meet the requirements of solid content in the furnace,the waste steam treatment system with low energy consumption requirement is achieved;in the burning system,the bubbling fluidized bed burner is selected and the combustion boundary is determined,deducing that the optimal solid content of the sludge is 33.2%,which realizes the complete combustion of the sludge.In addition,the flue gas and odor treatment system is configured,as to meet the relevant emission standards on the emission data of pollutants and odor.According to the evaluation,the sludge drying and burning system has a good operation effect,realizing sludge collaborative treatment and energy overall utilization,with a treatment capacity of 200 t/d,bringing out remarkable social and economic benefits.
