厂拌冷再生技术应用废旧再生材料在路面改造工程的实践——基于泡沫沥青材料 被引量:4

Practice of Plant-mix Cold Recycling Technology in Pavement Reconstruction Project Using Reclaimed Recycling Materials——Based on Foam Asphalt Materials

摘要 对废旧沥青路面材料(RAP)进行回收再利用,有利于节约工程造价、保护环境。基于泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生技术(PCRTFA),对原料配合比等参数进行设计。根据沥青发泡试验,当起泡温度为165℃、耗水量为3%时,基质沥青的发泡质量最好;马歇尔试验结果表明,厂拌冷加工混合料中泡沫沥青的最佳用量为2.5%;在级配曲线中,当RAP、水泥和碎石的百分比分别为80%、18.5%和1.5%时,原料具有最优配合比。车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、低温抗裂试验、疲劳性能试验等表明了上述配合比的合理性。形成了体系完整的施工工艺流程,依据相关技术规范对工程质量进行检测,各项性能指标均符合要求。泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生技术具有可靠性,能够实现节能环保,适合在其他类似路面改造工程中广泛推行。 The recycling and reuse of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)is beneficial to save the project cost and protect the environment.Based on the principle of plant-mix cold recycling technology of foam asphalt(PCRTFA),parameters including the ratio of raw materials are determined.According to the asphalt foaming test,when the foaming temperature is 165℃and the water consumption is 3%,the foaming quality of the base asphalt is the best;according to Marshall test results,the optimum dosage of foamed asphalt in the plant-mix cold recycling mixture is 2.5%;in the gradation curve,when the proportion of RAP,cement and stone is 80%,18.5%and 1.5%.,the raw materials hold the favorable mix proportion.Rutting test,immersion Marshall test,low temperature crack resistance test and fatigue performance test show that the above mix proportion is reasonable.Formed is a complete system of construction process,and according to the relevant technological specifications of the project quality inspection,the performance indicators are in line with these requirements.The PCRTFA has reliability,can realize energy conservation and environmental protection,and is suitable for wide application in other similar pavement reconstruction projects.
