职业院校地方特色文化教育教学方式的探讨

多数职业院校能紧密融入地方经济社会,但较少长期开展地方特色文化教育教学活动。主要原因在于职业院校没有认识到地方特色文化教育教学的重要作用,没有恰当地把地方特色文化教育教学融入专业人才培养的技术技能和文化素质教学过程。职业院校可以通过在专业技术技能类课程或者文化素质类课程中嵌入地方特色文化教育教学内容,也可以通过选修课和必修课等途径开设专门的地方特色文化课程。不论采取哪种方式,只有长期开展地方特色文化教育教学活动,才能达到预期目标。
