“后疫情”时代河北省外贸企业跨境电商技能人才培养途径研究

Research on Training Approaches of Cross-Border E-commerce Skilled Talents for Foreign Trade Enterprises in Hebei Province in the Era of"Post-Epidemic

新冠肺炎疫情给河北省外贸企业带来了冲击和影响,“后疫情”时代背景下,这些企业将转向跨境电商以寻求生存和发展,但却面临跨境电商人才不足等难题。通过对河北省30家外贸企业跨境电商技能人才现状进行调研,分析“后疫情”时代背景下外贸企业发展跨境电商面临的人才供需结构不平衡、外贸企业对人才的培养力度较小、高校还未建立相对完善的跨境电商人才培养体系等问题,最后提出了以政府为主导加大跨境电商技能人才培养力度、校企共建跨境电商人才培养基地等培养途径。

The COVID-19 epidemic has brought impacts to foreign trade enterprises in Hebei Province.In the post-epidemic era,these enterprises will turn to cross-border e-commerce for survival and development,but they are faced with difficulties such as the shortage of cross-border e-commerce skilled talents.This paper investigates the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talents in 30 foreign trade enterprises in Hebei Province,analyzes the problems that foreign trade enterprises faces in developing cross-border e-commerce in the post-epidemic era,such as unbalanced talent supply and demand structure,weak talent cultivation efforts of foreign trade enterprises,and lack of relatively perfect cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation system in universities,finally proposes.Finally,it puts forward some training approaches,such as strengthening cross-border e-commerce skills training with the government as the leading part,college and enterprise jointly establishing cross-border e-commerce talents training base.
