摘要
采用直接发泡制备了碳化锆(ZrC)多孔陶瓷。研究发现,分别以聚乙酰丙酮锆(PZO)和氧化锆(ZrO)溶胶作为锆源,碳源和发泡辅助剂均为酚醛树脂,可获得开孔和闭孔结构的多孔泡沫生坯。将生坯在1400~1500℃碳化后可获得多孔陶瓷,其密度为0.05~0.1 g/cm3,孔隙率为83%~88%,孔单元尺寸40~200μm。制得的ZrC陶瓷具有良好的高温稳定性和较大的应力恒定平台。
Porous zirconium carbide(ZrC)ceramics were prepared by direct foaming.It was found that the foamed green body with open and closed pore structures could be obtained by using poly-acetylacetone zirconium(PZO)and zirconium oxide(ZrO)sol as the zirconium source,phenolic resin as the carbon source and foaming assistant.Porous ceramics were obtained after carbonization in 1400~1500℃,with a density of 0.05~0.1g/cm3,a porosity of 83%~88%,and a hole size of 40 nm^200 nm.The ZrC ceramics have a high temperature stability and a large stress constant platform.
