摘要
‘矮抗58’是目前我国黄淮麦区的大面积种植品种,也已成为育种的骨干亲本。本研究利用分布于小麦全基因组的1312个分子标记(包括EST-STS、PLUG、EST-SSR和SSR)对‘矮抗58’、其姊妹系‘百农4330’和‘丰收60’及其3个亲本进行检测,发现‘矮抗58’在46个位点具有不同于其他2个姊妹系的特异等位变异。进一步以矮抗58/碧蚂4号衍生的F2∶3群体为材料,通过单标记分析发现6个‘矮抗58’特异标记与主要农艺性状相关。其中,1D染色体上的CFD61在2个环境下与穗长、可育小穗数和有效穗数相关,7D染色体的GWM111在2个环境下与株高和穗粒数相关。
‘Aikang 58’is a large-scale planted cultivar in Huanghuai wheat region of China,and it has also been extensively used as a core parent.In this study,1312 molecular markers distributed throughout the wheat genome,including EST-STS,PLUG,EST-SSR and SSR,were used to test‘Aikang 58’,its two sib-lines‘Bainong4330’and‘Fengshou60’,and three parent cultivars.We found that 46 markers produced specific alleles which were observed in‘Aikang 58’and absent in other sib-lines.These specific markers of‘Aikang 58’were further used for single marker QTL analysis in a F2:3 population derived from Aikang 58/Bima 4.Of these markers,six were associated with main agronomic characters.For example,CFD61 on the chromosome 1D was associated with spike length,fertile spikelets number and spike number per plant in two environments,and GWM111 on the chromosome 7D was associated with plant height and number of grains per spike in two environments.
