探究取向教师教育人才培养模式改革的经验与启示——以UBCCREATE项目为例

摘要 “探究”是教师发展的品质特征,促进了课程分析和教学判断的专业化。加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学CREATE项目通过构建学习型教师教育文化、确立探究取向的教师教育理念、开设“主题化”的课程内容、实施以探究为主题的专题研讨,不仅回应了研究型大学教师教育的历史使命,也有效提高了学生的教学水平与探究能力。CREATE项目对我国高校教师教育改革提供了重要借鉴意义与参考价值。 Inquiry is the key feature of teacher development which promotes the specialization of curriculum analysis and teaching judgment.The CREATE program of the University of British Columbia effectively developed teacher education by establishing inquiry-oriented teacher education;envisioning the Culture of Teacher Education,setting the course module,and implementing thematic discussion and whole-process practice based on students’experiences.The reform of CREATE program has an important reference value for the reform of teacher education in China.
