荷兰教育学博士培养中的学术生产导向及其启示 被引量:1

The Academic Productivity Oriented Cultivation of Educational Science Doctoral Program in the Netherlands and Its Implication

摘要 学术生产的要求在我国教育学博士培养中并不少见,但如何落实学术生产要求还可以进一步借鉴国外经验。荷兰教育学博士培养的遴选机制、毕业要求、培养方式和课程设计四个方面的学术生产导向特点明显。分析发现,可以从四个方面促进国内教育学博士的学术生产能力,即:资金设备,博导资质,同行支持和评价机制。 The requirement of doctoral students’academic productivity is not unusual,but it’s still necessary to observe successful experience on doctoral education in developed countries.This research analyzes the academic productivity requirement of the educational science doctoral program in the Netherlands,the features are generalized from four perspectives:candidate selecting mechanism,graduation requirements,cultivation method and lesson design.Four guarantees were found to support the academic productivity oriented doctoral education:finance and equipment,qualification of supervisor,support of peers and evaluation mechanism.Finally,some implications were provided to promote the academic productivity of doctoral students in China.
