摘要
硕士研究生阶段是学者学术成长的关键期,探究硕士研究生学术成长的影响因素,对促进其学术成长具有积极的指导意义。本研究基于核心期刊论文发表的视角,采用访谈法对12位硕士研究生进行访谈。研究发现硕士研究生学术成长影响因素涉及导师、是否考博、个人、学校、家庭五个方面。学术环境是培育研究生学术成长的重要条件,导师对研究生学术成长的影响取决于师生互动的频率与质量,主观能动性是研究生学术成长中最为关键因素。鉴于此,应为研究生的学术成长营造良好的学术环境,加强导师对研究生的学术指导、激发研究生学术成长内驱力,增加研究生阶段科研方法与论文写作类课程。
The postgraduate stage is a critical period for the academic growth of scholars.To explore the influencing factors of the academic growth of postgraduate students has positive guiding significance for promoting their academic growth.Based on the perspective of core journal paper publication,this research adopts the interview method to interview 12 postgraduate students.It is found that the influencing factors of academic growth of educational postgraduates include five aspects:tutor,whether or not to get a doctorate,individual,school and family.Academic environment is an important condition to facilitate the academic growth of graduate students.The influence of the tutor on the academic growth of the graduate students depends on the frequency and quality of the teacher-student interaction.Subjective initiative is the most critical factor for the academic growth of graduate students.For this reason,it is necessary to create a good academic environment for the academic growth of postgraduates,strengthen the academic guidance of the tutor to the graduate students,stimulate the internal motivation of the graduate students’academic growth,and increase the research methods and thesis writing courses.
