物联网技术的多通道智能闸门控制系统

摘要 为了实现渠道闸门简便、精确控制,提高水利设施的自动化应用水平,设计了一套基于物联网技术的多通道智能闸门控制系统。本系统是由主控制器、数据采集系统、通讯系统、服务器、计算机端控制软件及手机端控制软件组成。在原有闸门传统控制的基础上,加装本系统,实现普通就地控制及手机就地控制、控制室远程控制及手机远程控制等多通道智能控制方式。同时主控制器进行水流水位的检测,以此控制闸门开度,实现闸门的智能运行。闸门过水运行数据上传服务器,进行实时监控与存储。 In order to realize the simple and accurate control of canal sluice gate and improve the automation application level of water conservancy facilities,a set of multi-channel intelligent gate control system based on Internet of things technology is designed.The system consists of main controller,server,communication module,computer control software and mobile terminal control software.On the basis of the original traditional sluice gate control circuit,this control system is added to realize multi-channel intelligent control.The gate has a variety of control modes,such as traditional local control,mobile phone local control,remote control of control room and mobile phone remote control.At the same time,the main controller detects the water level to control the gate opening and realize the intelligent operation of the gate.The running data of the gate is uploaded to the server for real-time monitoring and storage.
