玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗眼底病的效果分析

Effect analysis of intravitreal injection of Compaccip in the treatment o f ocular fundus disease

目的:探讨并分析用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普疗法治疗眼底病的效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年3月富顺县人民医院收治的80例眼底病患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普疗法对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压(IOP)、视网膜的厚度、不良反应的发生率及病情的复发率。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后24周,观察组患者的BCVA高于对照组患者,其IOP低于对照组患者,其视网膜的厚度小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后的12个月内,观察组患者病情的复发率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对眼底病患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普疗法对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,改善其视力和视网膜的厚度,降低其病情的复发率,且用药的安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of intravitreal injection of Compaccip in the treatment of ocular fundus disease.Methods:80 patients with ocular fundus disease admitted to Fushun County People’s Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Patients in the two groups were given routine treatment,on the basis of which patients in the observation group were treated with intravitreal injection of Compaccip therapy.Then,the efficacy,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),retinal thickness,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24 weeks after treatment,BCVA of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group,IOP was lower than that of patients in the control group,and retinal thickness was smaller than that of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment for patients with fundus oculi,intravitreal injection of Compaccip therapy can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the visual acuity and retinal thickness,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and is of high safety.
