新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间手术患者的管理流程及体会

Management process and experience of patients undergoing surgery during C OVID-19 epidemic

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)是指由新型冠状病毒感染引起的一种肺炎。新冠肺炎的主要传播途径是经呼吸道飞沫传播和密切接触传播。此外,在相对封闭的环境中长时间暴露在高浓度气溶胶的情况下,新冠肺炎也存在经气溶胶传播的可能。手术室是一个比较密闭的环境,利于新冠肺炎的传播。在新冠肺炎疫情期间,规范手术流程、加强对手术室进行管理是防控疫情、保证医患安全的重要手段。本文主要是总结在新冠肺炎疫情期间对手术患者进行管理的流程及体会。

COVID-19(“COVID-19”)is a pneumonia caused by novel Coronavirus infection.The main routes of transmission of COVID-19 are through respiratory droplets and close contact.In addition,COVID-19 may also be transmitted through aerosols when exposed to high concentrations of aerosols in a relatively closed environment for a long time.Operating room is a relatively closed environment,which is conducive to the transmission of COVID-19.During the COVID-19 epidemic,standardizing surgical procedures and strengthening the management of operating rooms are important measures to prevent and control the epidemic and ensure the safety of doctors and patients.This paper mainly summarize s the management process and experience of surgical patients du ring COVID-19 epidemic.
