摘要 随着经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)目前在国内逐渐开展,其术后腹壁无辅助切口,术后恢复快,美容效果好的优势得到广泛肯定。达芬奇机器人手术系统创新性地克服了传统腹腔镜技术的许多局限性,在结直肠外科领域的临床疗效得到国内外广泛认可。机器人腹部无辅助切口经直肠拖出标本的高位直肠癌根治术是一项值得推广的术式。 With the gradual development of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)in China,there is no auxiliary incision on the abdominal wall after the operation,the postoperative recovery is fast,and the advantages of good cosmetic effect have been widely recognized.Da Vinci robotic surgery system innovatively overcomes many limitations of traditional laparoscopic technology,and its clinical efficacy in the field of colorectal surgery has been widely recognized and popularized at home and abroad.Robotic-assisted upper rectal cancer resection transrectal specimen extraction is a technique worth promoting.
