大跨度钢箱梁分段安装曲线线形控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国基础设施的逐步发展,现有的交通状况和建筑物对桥梁支架现浇造成一定程度的影响,安装钢箱梁可以有效避免因障碍造成无法支架现浇的箱梁施工。大跨度钢箱梁整体安装自重较大,对场地状况要求高,有较大施工困难,因此多采用分段吊装施工。文章以实际施工项目为例,探讨了在既有桥梁建筑物影响的情况下,分节段吊装匝道桥大跨度曲线钢箱梁对于曲线线形的控制方法和施工中的技术要点。 Along with the gradual development of infrastructure,the existing traffic conditions and building the bridge bracket cast-in-situ caused a certain degree of influence,installation of steel box girder can effectively avoid the obstacles caused by can not support cast-in-place box girder construction.Large span steel box girder integral installation weight is bigger,the field conditions demand is high,there are large construction difficulty,so much by subsection hoisting construction.Based on the actual construction project as an example,discusses the influence of the existing bridge structures,steel box girders for ramp bridge of long span curve points segmental hoisting for curve linetype control method and the technical key points in construction.
