摘要
江苏LNG特大储罐,位于盐城黄海海滨。废黄河及古淮河冲填土地质构造,中等软土沉积层厚达230 m以上。特大型储罐,如何把荷载科学地传递到桩周围厚积冲填土层,让桩基础满足抗压、抗拔、抗水平位移、抗温度荷载的技术规范要求,具有特殊的研究价值。文章在技术创新理念下,探索设计处理方案的另一种可能性。对重点推荐的劲性复合桩新方案,列出主要设计计算过程和钻孔灌注桩传统方案进行对比。计算基本验证了此方案的可行性、科学性,对类似地质区大体积设施的基础方案的发展趋向,具有参考价值。
JSLNG storage tanks project,located at shore of Yellow sea.Complicated alluvium geological stratum which formed by ancient Yellow river&Huai river,230m plus thick from bedrock,belong to original middle-class soft soils.Large quantity loading of super tanks、how to transfer to surrounding soil stratums,conform to strict technical criteria(vertical settlement、vertical pull-out force、horizontal displacement、thermal loading),all are challenges,has special technical research volume.By innovation philosophy,to explore another engineering possibility of technology.About recommended strength composite piles plan,this article give mainly detailed calculation procedures,and comparing with traditional bored cast-in-place piles.This paper proved basically feasibility and scientific.To future design tendency for large volume storage tanks in similar geological zones,it can perform function of references.
