综合管廊是现代城市建设规划当中很重要的一部分,为提高地下综合管廊建设及运维过程中的信息化及智能化,在对管廊各阶段BIM应用现状分析的基础上,分析BIM技术可应用于综合管廊的项目的设计、施工、运行和维护的全生命周期过程中的应用价值。研究发现:BIM技术在市政管廊协同设计中发挥了很大的作用,提高了设计效率、减少管道之间的碰撞及误差、优化施工方案,控制施工进度及成本,同时BIM技术通过以3D GIS为载体的智慧化协同平台与城市市政设施的运营管理服务相结合,为实现综合管廊内部设备的智能化及远程管理发挥重要的作用。

The integrated pipe gallery is a very important part of modern urban construction planning.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the design,construction,operation and maintenance of the project of integrated pipe gallery through an integrated pipe gallery system in Jining City.Value,research found that:BIM technology plays a big role in the collaborative design of municipal pipe corridors,improving design efficiency,reducing collisions and errors between pipes,optimizing construction plans,controlling construction progress,planning and quality,and BIM technology.Through the combination of the intelligent collaborative platform based on 3D GIS and the operation and management services of urban municipal facilities,it plays an important role in realizing the intelligent and remote management of the integrated equipment inside the corridor.
