摘要
难治免疫性血小板减少症常引起颅脑出血、内脏出血等急危重症,目前免疫抑制、促血小板生成等药物疗效有限。笔者将中医脾胃气化理论应用于难治免疫性血小板减少症的治疗中,取得了疗效的显著提高。
Refractory immune thrombocytopenia usually causes craniocerebral hemorrhage,visceral hemorrhage and other acute and severe diseases.The effects of Drugs were limited such as immunosuppressor and thrombopoi⁃etinar.The authors have applied this theory of spleen and stomach to the treatment of refractory immune thrombo⁃cytopenia,and the curative effect has been improved.
