气相-串联质谱分析茭白中敌磺钠的残留

Determination of fenaminosulf in Zizania latifolia by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

建立了一种利用气相-串联质谱仪快速检测茭白中农药敌磺钠残留的方法。由于敌磺钠不稳定,见光易分解,建立气相-串联质谱的检测方法测定敌磺钠的代谢产物N,N-二甲基苯胺含量,对敌磺钠在茭白中的残留量进行表征。用乙腈提取茭白样品中的N,N-二甲基苯胺,最终N,N-二甲基苯胺的检出限为10μg/kg,回收率为80.8%~102.21%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~3.5%。该方法回收率高,稳定性好,为敌磺钠残留量的测定提供了新的思路。

A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was developed for the rapid detection of fenaminosulf residues in Zizania latifolia.Due to the instability of fenaminosulf and the easy decomposition in light,a gas chromatography detection method was established to determine the metabolite N,N-dimethylaniline,and to characterize the residue of fenaminosulf.Extraction of N,N-dimethylaniline from Zizania latifolia samples was conducted with acetonitrile,limit of detection is 10μg/kg,recovery were 80.8%~102.21%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.8%~3.5%.This method has high recovery rate and good stability,which provides a new idea for the determination of fenaminosulf.
