力争上游 有效稀释——雷火双神山病房气流组织刍议 被引量:1

Positioning upstream and effective dilution:Review of ward air distribution in Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital

摘要 为改善病房内通风效果,降低医护人员感染的风险,对雷神山、火神山医院病房的通风系统进行分析,并提出改进意见。提出将层式通风应用于隔离病房通风系统中,通过CFD模拟并结合实验对其通风效果进行验证。结果表明,层式通风使医护人员处于呼吸区上游,可有效降低医护人员呼吸区污染物浓度,提高病房呼吸区换气效率,从而降低医护人员感染的风险。 To improve the ventilation design of hospital wards and protect the medical staff,analyses the existing ward ventilation systems in the Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital,and makes suggestions for improvement.Proposes the application of stratum ventilation to isolation wards,and verifies the ventilation effect by CFD simulation and experiment.The results show that stratum ventilation keeps the medical staff at upstream of the breathing zone,the pathogen concentration is significantly reduced and the air change efficiency is significantly improved.Therefore,the risk of infection among medical staff is substantially reduced.
