摘要
利用氧化石墨烯(GO)、纳米Fe3O4和还原氧化石墨烯-Fe3O4杂化材料(rGO-Fe3O4)对水泥基复合材料进行改性,研究纳米材料种类和掺量对电磁屏蔽性能、水化过程的影响。利用矢量网络分析仪对水泥试样进行电磁屏蔽效能测试,利用SEM对样品的微观结构进行表征。结果表明:rGO-Fe3O4的掺量为0.05%时,水泥试样电磁屏蔽效能最高;GO在水泥的水化过程中起到模版的作用,对其早期的水化影响较大。
In this article,the cement-based composites are modified by GO,nano-Fe3O4 and rGO-Fe3O4 hybrids,and the effects of the types and dosage of nanomaterials on the electromagnetic shielding performance and hydration process are studied.A vector network analyzer is used to test the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the ce⁃ment samples.The SEM is used to characterize the microstructure of the samples.The result shows that the electro⁃magnetic shielding efficiency of the cement sample is the highest when the content of rGO-Fe3O4 is 0.05%.GO plays a role of template in the hydration process of cement,which has a great impact on its early hydration.
