摘要
按照中国移动“大连接战略”发展规划,4G/5G网络建设和用户量的迅速增加,话务与数据流量已接近承受极限。室分站点的作用越来越显著。当前,需要进一步改善室分站点客户感知,提高室分客户满意度,最终达到保持网络覆盖领先优势、室分客户满意良好的目标。大学生是一个积极上进、彰显个性的群体,为逐步提高学生在校内运用移动网络满意度,进一步改善校园室内客户感知,公司从供电端进行规划完善布局,有的放矢展开室分待整治问题小区,优化提升整治项目目标小区,达到客户满意,增强客户体验感。提升赋能市场能力,推进网络质量发展,挖掘潜力,从而树立移动精品网络品牌形象。
According to the development planning of China mobile’s strategy of“big connection Strategy”,the construction of 4G/5G network and the users increasing rapidly,traffic and data traffic is close to the limit.Room site is playing a more and more significant role.In order to further improve the room site customer perception,and indoor customer satisfaction,we are trying to finally achieve the goal of a leading strength of complete network coverage and a better room substation customer satisfaction.College students are a highly motivated and personalityrevealing group.To gradually improve their satisfaction of the mobile network in the school and to further improve the campus interior customer perception,we will perfect the layout planning from the supply-end,carry out a planned regulation to the Room site problem,and optimize renovation goal project to achieve customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer experience.Ascension can assign market capacity,promote the development of network quality,tap potential,and finally set up mobile network brand image.
