数据中心与电站位置关系对社会资源消耗的影响分析

The Relationship Between the Location of IDC and Power Stations Has an Impact on Social Resource Consumption

数据中心是城市新型基础设施。以前,数据中心的位置选择主要考虑客户分布密度,没有考虑发电站或者城市电源的位置。文中分别计算了数据中心建设在客户密集区和城市电源区的电力系统投资,两者相比较可以发现,如果将数据中心建设在远离城市电源区,电力系统的投资是通信网络投资的数十倍。因此,有必要将数据中心纳入城市市政基础设施的空间规划中,并且建议在靠近发电站或者城市电源区建设数据中心。

IDC is a new type of urban infrastructure.In the past,IDC’s location selection mainly considered customer distribution density,and did not consider the location of power stations or urban power sources.This paper calculates the power system investment of IDC in customer-intensive areas and urban power supply areas.Comparing the two,we find that if IDC is built far away from urban power supply areas,the power system investment is dozens of times that of the communication network.Therefore,it is necessary to include IDC in the spatial planning of urban municipal infrastructure,and it is recommended to build IDC near power stations or urban power areas.
