优化机柜内气流组织,降本增效——BBU竖装与横装的进出风分析

摘要 使用热成像仪对机架内横装与竖装的BBU设备温度进行测量,通过对比设备进出风口的温度数据分析得出结论:BBU设备横装容易造成机房内气流组织的混乱,下层设备对上层设备的温度影响较大,产生热岛问题。竖装的BBU设备气流组织更加顺畅,热交换充分,设备工作温度容易降低。改造建议:对于机柜内气流组织不合理的机柜进行改造时,需要从气流组织设计着手改进,防止设备排出的热空气重新循环进入设备进气口。 Using thermal imager crosswise and vertical pack within the frame of BBU temperature measuring equipment,through comparing the equipment into the outlet temperature data analysis concluded that the lateral BBU equipment easy to cause confusion among the room air distribution,affected by the temperature of the lower to upper equipment,heat island problems.Vertical pack BBU equipment airflow organization smooth,heat transfer,equipment easy to reduce the operating temperature.Modification Suggestions:for cabinet air distribution is not reasonable modification,cabinets,needs to begin from air distribution design improvement,prevent the equipment from the hot air circulation again into the inlet port equipment.
