阀控式铅酸电池漏液自动检测技术及应用

摘要 近年通信电源设备电池组因漏液导致火灾事故时有发生,文中通过在铅酸蓄电池电池头外围加装检测导电环,并在导电环与保护地、电池架与保护地之间设置保护熔丝,当电池漏液时保护熔丝动作,熔丝辅助触点闭合,检测模块将漏液告警信息上传到监控系统,及时发现电池漏液问题,避免因电池漏液而导致电池的火灾隐患。电池漏液监测系统经过测试,能起到电池漏液告警功能,降低电池火灾安全隐患。 In recent years,there have been fire accidents caused by the leakage of the battery pack of the communication power supply equipment.This article proposes that the fuse element should be installed on the periphery of the lead-acid battery head.Besides,the fuse element should be installed between the detection conductive ring and the protective ground,as well as between the battery rack and the protective ground.When the battery leaks,the fuse element is activated and the auxiliary fuse contact is closed.Meanwhile,the detection module uploads the leakage alarm information to the monitoring system to detect battery leakage in time and avoid the potential fire hazard of the battery due to battery leakage.After being tested,the battery leakage monitoring system can provide a battery leakage warning and reduce battery fire safety hazards.
