摘要
文章通过对两则电费计价法规的分析,针对数据中心的特点,提出了在《关于完善两部制电价用户基本电价执行方式的通知》中,根据数据中心的变压器使用特点,择优选择基本电价的计价方式;在《功率因数调整电费办法》中,根据数据中心的负载特点,配置SVG智能功率因素补偿设备,提高功率因素的管控能力,从而以事半功倍的方式,实现电费成本压降。
This paper is based on the analysis of two regulations on electricity pricing and the characteristics of the data center.This paper puts forward a preferred choice of the pricing method of basic electricity on the basis of《Notification of Improving the Implementation Modality of Basic Electricity Price for Users of Two-part Tariff》combining with the characteristics of transformer usage in the data center.Besides,in accordance with《Power Factor Adjustment Method for Electricity Pricing》and the load characteristics of the data center,this paper comes up with a configuration of SVG intelligent power factor compensation equipment that can improve the control ability of the power factor,so as to achieve the reduction of electricity cost effectively and efficiently.
