摘要
采用芬顿法深度处理造纸废水生化出水,研究了芬顿工艺的关键控制参数。当反应初始pH值为4.0-4.5,H2O2的投加量为110 mg/L,FeSO4投加量为110 mg/L,反应时间为1.5 h时,出水COD质量浓度达到33 mg/L,SS质量浓度小于10 mg/L,出水水质接近GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中的Ⅳ类标准。
Fenton method was used to deeply treat biochemical effluent water from paper-making industry,and the key control parameters of Fenton process were studied.When the initial pH value of the reaction was 4.0-4.5,the dosage of H2O2 and FeSO4 were both 110 mg/L,the reaction time was 1.5 h,the mass concentrations of COD and SS in the effluent water were 33 and lower than 10 mg/L respectively,which close to the quality requirement of class Ⅳ in GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standards for surface water.
